Biography
Detained on 25 February 2015, allegedly on suspicion of involvement in the mass riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square on 6 May 2012 (before that, the police visited his place of residence). On 26 February he was sent under house arrest. On 2 March Nepomnyashchykh was charged: according to the investigation, he took part in the mass riots, and also struck with his hands and an umbrella officers of the 2nd Moscow police detachment Yevgeny Gavrilov and Viktor Kolpakov.
On 22 December he was sentenced to two and a half years in a general regime colony.
