Arrested in June 2017 on charges of illegal entrepreneurship, as well as leading an extremist community and humiliation of human dignity. On 14 May 2019, transferred under house arrest. Later elected a preventive measure in the form of prohibition of certain actions. On 24 August 2023, sentenced to a fine of one million rubles, released from punishment.
