Timur Salikhov

He is an entrepreneur and heads the barrier installation company Stoyanka 24 in Balashikha, Moscow Region. On 27 January 2021, Salikhov was detained and taken into custody on charges of using violence against a representative of the authorities at a rally in support of Navalny on 23 January. On 16 March, he was sentenced to two years in a general regime colony. It was reported that after the detention of the head of "Stoyanka 24" its employees have not received their salaries. Salikhov has an 11-year-old son from his first marriage, a 76-year-old mother and a fiancée named Natalia. Since his arrest, the man has been unable to communicate with the child or pay child support; the arrestee's mother reportedly walks poorly and needs constant assistance from her son. Salikhov transferred 30,000 roubles as compensation for moral damage to the Rosguard officer, to whom, according to the investigation, he used violence.

Salikhov was transferred from Moscow to Belgorod until the appeal was heard.
