A blogger from Kudrovo, Leningrad Region. On 19 June 2025, during a stream, he unwrapped a gift with a Russian flag, which depicted the coat of arms and Putin. Scoffy hung the flag on the wall, and then received a donation of one thousand rubles with a request to take it down. The streamer agreed and with the words "Fuck this flag" took it off the wall and then threw it. The next day he was detained during another stream he was conducting at a sports ground.

The streamer was prosecuted for hooliganism and flag abuse. After the detention, the Interior Ministry published a video with Stepan Scoffy appologising.
