Abubakar Rizvanov

Resident of Dagestan. He was convicted on charges of possession of drugs and explosives. On 14 June 2019, he was detained as part of a case on the activities of a terrorist organisation. On 12 September 2023, he was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime penal colony. On 1 November 2024, the court of appeals reduced the sentence by two months.
