Aitugan Malabaev

Resident of Bashkortostan. On 24 January 2024, he was taken into custody on charges of participation in mass riots in connection with the popular gathering on 17 January in Baymak on the day of the sentencing of activist Fail Alsynov. Before that, Malabaev was sentenced under the administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). On 7 February 2025, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
