Albert Bagautdinov

The resident of Naberezhnye Chelny. Since 2018, he has been wanted as the alleged "Amir of Tatarstan", the leader of "Hizb ut-Tahrir" cell. In early February 2024, Bagautdinov was detained and taken into custody on charges of organising the activities of a terrorist organisation.
