Aleksandr Chagan

A resident of Togliatti. Since early spring 2022, his home has been searched twice. In September 2022, he was detained, and the prosecution requested his placement in custody, but the court imposed a recognisance not to leave as a measure of restraint. On 29 February 2024, Chagan was sentenced to an eight-year term in a general regime colony.
