Aleksandr Markov

A resident of the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. On 8 May 2024, he was kidnapped. Until March 2025, his fate was unknown. A case of high treason was brought against Markov because of money transfers to Ukrainian bank accounts. In February 2025, he was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime colony. On 22 June 2025, Markov died during transfer to another prison.
