Journalist, author of the YouTube channel Breakfast Show, and former presenter at the radio station Echo of Moscow. He left Russia. In June 2025, the Ministry of Internal Affairs declared him wanted. The details of the case against the journalist remain unknown.

On 21 October 2022, the Ministry of Justice added Plyushchev to the list of “foreign agents.”
