Aleksei Detychev

A resident of Khabarovsk, deputy chairman of the local branch of the Red Cross. A case of confidential co-operation with a foreigner was initiated against him. According to the investigation, he maintained contact with a certain British representative, and also collected information about military products manufactured by the Khabarovsk defence-industrial complex. On 5 May 2025, Detychev was sentenced to four and a half years in a general regime penal colony.
