Aleksnder Elsufiev

A resident of St. Petersburg, who has worked as a programmer at Russian Railways for 25 years. A case was opened against him for spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. Elsufiev left Russia and requested political asylum in France.

On 28 January 2025, he was included in the list of extremists and terrorists of Rosfinmonitoring, with a mark that is placed next to the names of those prosecuted under terrorist articles.
