Alexander Akulinichev

A resident of the Rostov region. He was prosecuted for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the movement of "Citizens of the USSR", which does not have a strict structure, but represents disparate groups of people who deny the collapse of the USSR. Akulinichev was taken into custody. On 16 August 2024, he was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with one-year restriction of freedom and a five-year ban on activities related to the organisation of public associations.
