A resident of Sevastopol. According to politzek.org, on 9th of July, 2023, he was detained for "discrediting the Armed Forces" (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and a criminal case on calls to terrorism was initiated due to reports from his neighbours. On 8th of October, 2022, his neighbour wrote a complaint against him claiming he was drunkenly harrassing the residents of the house and shouting "glory to Ukraine". On 9th of July, 2023, another neighbour reported that Gudim shouted "Glory to Ukraine", "No to war", and demanded "to overthrow V.V. Putin, to destroy house entrances 2 to 4"; in addition, the neighbour claimed that Gudim "turns on Reich songs". A third neighbour wrote that Gudim "shouted foul language against V.V. Putin and the war with Ukraine and listens to Nazi music." A fourth neighbour wrote that he "constantly demands the downfall of V.V. Putin and considers the conduct of the SVO to be a horror." On 11th of September, 2023, Gudim was fined 30,000 rubles for "discrediting the Armed Forces".

According to the version of the law enforcers, the reason for criminal prosecution on calls to carry out terrorist activities was that Gudim shouted on his apartments' balcony anti-Russian and anti-government slogans, including radicalist ones, calling for "the overthrow of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation".

On 16th of April, 2024, Gudim was sentenced to one and a half years in an open prison. On 27th of June, 2024, the appeal court changed the sentence to two years in an open prison.
