Alexander Nemenok

A Tik-Tok blogger known as Petya Benzobakov. He is a resident of Vladivostok. In May 2022, the blogger was searched, after interrogation he was released. However, in September he was sent to pre-trial detention centre for two months. A case of public justification of terrorism was opened against him. The reason for the case was four videos criticising the authorities and calling for their overthrow. In one of them, dated 6 March 2022, Nemenok apparently condemns war. According to him, he was hospitalised once during his detention, after which he was assigned disability group 3. Later the blogger was transferred to house arrest. The FSB officers informed him that they had tapped his phone for several months before taking him into custody. According to him, on one of the days when he was taken from the pre-trial detention centre to the investigator just to sign his signature, he spent about 20 hours without food and water. On 26 June 2023, the blogger was sentenced to a fine of 400 thousand rubles (≈$4750 as of 26.06.2023).
