Alexander Obloga

He lived in Sevastopol and served in the Black Sea Fleet. In July 2020, he was taken into custody on charges of high treason: according to the investigation, he passed classified information to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. On 27 April 2022, Obloga was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony.
