Kemerovo resident. In November 2024, it became known that a case was brought against him for desecration of symbols of military glory in connection with a post in which he promised to urinate on a St. George's ribbon. Before that, Panasenko was brought to administrative responsibility under the article on demonstration of Nazi symbols and sentenced to a year of correctional labour under the criminal case of repeated demonstration of such symbols (we do not know the case details), as well as twice sentenced to suspended sentences under the article on drug possession (we have no grounds to consider these

On 21 April 2025, he was sentenced to four years and four months in a general regime colony.
