Alexander Ryzhkov

He is a resident of the Luhansk region of Ukraine. In September 2023, he and his wife Irina were detained on charges of espionage. According to the investigation, Ryzhkov, on the instructions of his son, collected and transmitted information about the deployment and routes of the Russian Armed Forces. The investigation believes that the family was involved in a strike by the AFU from HIMARS MLRS on a hospital in Novoaidar in late January 2023, which killed 14 people. In the summer of 2025, Ryzhkov was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony.
