Biography
Resident of Moscow. Detained on 10 February 2021, taken into custody on 12 February on charges of organising activities of an extremist organisation in connection with involvement in the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely for religious activities: meetings, joint worship services, attracting new supporters. 8 August 2022 sentenced to six and a half years suspended sentence, released in the courtroom. On 20 September 2023, Serebryakov was taken into custody on a new case - on financing extremist activity, also in connection with involvement in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses.
