Alexander Vragov

He is a resident of the village of Volzhsky (the Samara region). Charges of rehabilitation of Nazism were brought against him and Kamil Abdykanov because they urinated on a monument to “participants of the special military operation” in the form of a tank. Local media, citing the press service of the Investigative Committee, reported that Vragov has Ukrainian natives among his relatives. In his published video he apologises and says that he was in a state of alcoholic intoxication and did not pursue the goal of insulting the Russian military. He pleaded guilty. On 1 April 2024, Vragov was sentenced to a year and nine months in a penal colony.
