Alexei Gerasimov

Resident of Chuvashia. In January 2024, he left for Ukraine. According to the Verstka newspaper, he spent several weeks in the Russian Volunteer Corps, then was transferred to the Siberian Battalion, but did not take part in the exercises, explaining that he had no contract. The command handed Gerasimov over to the migration service, he was placed in a temporary detention camp, and about nine months later he was handed over to the Russian Federation. The young man was taken into custody and a case was opened against him under the terrorist article.
