Alexei Ivanov

A resident of the Vologda region. In August 2022, he staged a solitary protest against the war, was detained and threatened with a criminal case. Later, a report was issued on him under the administrative article on discrediting the Armed Forces (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code) because of anti-war publications on VKontakte; on November 25, Ivanov was fined 30,000 rubles. On August 9, 2023, Ivanov's relatives in Cherepovets, Totma and the village of Ankimarovo, Sheksna district, Vologda region, were searched in a treason case. All equipment was taken from them without issuing confiscation protocols. Ivanov's relatives were held for about six hours for interrogation. On the same day, Ivanov himself was put on the wanted list. In October 2023, a case was initiated against Ivanov for public justification of terrorism.
