Alexei Melnikov

A resident of the Moscow region. A case was initiated against him for calls to terrorism and incitement to hatred, in particular due to the calls to commit crimes against law enforcement officers. On 8 April 2025, Melnikov was sentenced to seven years in a general regime penal colony.
