Alexei Serediuk

Seredyuk is the commander of the Ukrainian volunteer battalion Bratstvo, which operates under the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence. A hate speech case was brought against him and the battalion’s founder, Dmytro Korchynskyy. Seredyuk was also accused of deliberately spreading false information about the Russian Armed Forces. The case went to court in February 2025, and on 15 August 2025 he was sentenced in absentia to ten years’ imprisonment.
