Biography
A resident of Barnaul. On 18 November 2025, the Telegram channel Operativnye Svodki, which is linked to law-enforcement agencies, reported that he had been detained in a case involving alleged incitement to terrorism. Investigators claimed that his comments contained calls for violence against citizens of the Russian Federation and for the destruction of administrative buildings belonging to state authorities.
In a video recorded by law enforcement, Shevchenko says that the case materials state he had “written provocative slogans and did not support the Special Military Operation, or Russia, or Russian policy.” On camera, he also says that he regrets his actions
