Biography
A resident of Vladivostok. A case of rehabilitation of Nazism was initiated against him because he sent a picture of a Vlasov army officer to a garage complex chat room in response to 23 February congratulation with a picture of Admiral Kolchak. The statement against Chernyansky was written by the sender of the message with Kolchak's photo. On 8 September 2023, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office, but on 2 November 2023, the court of appeal reversed the decision. On 31 May 2024, the court acquitted Chernyansky.
