Alexey Kuzmenko

A case was opened on the activities of the non-existent banned organisation "Nurdzhular" in Krasnoyarsk, Kuzmenko was accused of participation in its activities; on 18 December 2015 he was sentenced to a fine of 100 thousand rubles, on 26 January 2016 the court of appeal instance released Kuzmenko from execution of the sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations
