Alexey Minyailo

He was detained on 27 July 2019 during the dispersal of a rally for fair elections. On 1 August, Minyailo was searched, after which he was charged with participation in mass riots. On 2 August, he was taken into custody by court order. Minyailo then went on a hunger strike.

On 26 September the court dropped the charges against Minyailo and released him.
