Biography
Omsk resident. In June 2025, a case of justification of terrorism was brought against him because of comments in support of Ruslan Zinin, who in the first days of mobilisation to go to war in Ukraine came to the military recruitment office in Ust-Ilimsk, wounded the military officer several times with a shotgun and set fire to the premises.
During the investigation, Vyacheslavov was given a covenant not to leave. At the end of 2025, he left Russia. In January 2026, he was included in the list of "terrorists and extremists" of Rosfinmonitoring.
