Alibek Kartaiganov

He is a resident of Vladivostok. He was prosecuted for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Jehovah’s Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities – organising meetings and worship services, as well as converting new followers. The court dropped the charges against Kartaiganov on 10 February 2023.
