She is a resident of Irkutsk and a piercer. In June 2025, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Investigative Committee reported that she had been sentenced in a criminal case of repeatedly displaying banned symbols. The Leninsky District Court of Irkutsk sentenced her to 420 hours of compulsory labour. Khodzhieva pleaded guilty.

The grounds for her criminal prosecution were two images and a video published in Telegram. According to “Beware, News”, one of the pictures depicted Hitler.

At the time the criminal case was initiated, Khodzhieva had been issued an effective court judgement in an administrative case of demonstrating prohibited symbols. In March 2024, she was arrested for seven days for posting flyers with Navalny’s image and the inscription, “Putin killed Navalny in prison on 16 February”. The court recognised Navalny’s image as a banned symbol, pointing out that the politician was the creator, founder and symbol of the Anti-Corruption Foundation as well as Navalny’s headquarters, which were both declared extremist organisations and banned.

In April 2024, Khodzieva was also fined 40 thousand rubles under a police report on discrediting the army for sticking up leaflets before the elections that said, “Against Putin, against war, #midday No to war! 12:00/17 March”, as well as with the inscription, “No to war 17.03 12:00”, which she stuck to the building.
