Tuvan journalist. On 17 May 2013, she was sentenced to three years in a penal colony in a case of attempted fraud: according to the investigation, she offered two candidates for deputies to the Republican Khural to give her 20,000 rubles each in exchange for the non-dissemination of dirt about them in the newspaper Risk. From 17 December 2011 to 7 February 2012, the woman was in pre-trial detention, and after the verdict she was taken into custody. The Court of Appeal commuted her sentence to a fine of 100,000 roubles and released Dongur-ool. In 2022, she was fined 10 thousand rubles under the article on incitement to hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of three publications in Telegram. One of them contains an excerpt from a letter sent to her e-mail: "We, Tuvinians and other ethnic people, will be hit for every word. In every region, Russians will have more rights if Russia will overpower Ukrainians and the whole world with this special operation. Not as harshly and blatantly as then in Germany. But everyone will feel their superiority." Another was a photo of an unidentified man in a balaclava holding a severed head with a cloth - presumably a "Donetsk People's Republic" flag - inserted in his mouth. Finally, the court considered the survey "Would you like Tuvan soldiers to have their heads cut off during the special military operation in Ukraine?" as incitement to hatred. In January 2023, the journalist was prosecuted under the article on the dissemination of false information on the Internet, creating a threat of violation of public order (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Administrative Offences Code). She was fined 30,000 rubles because of the publication of the phrase "115 Tuvan members of Rosgvardiya were dismissed from their jobs by the court" in her Telegram channel at the end of May 2022. Probably, it is about the dismissal of employees of the Rosgvardiya who refused to participate in the war. However, Dongur-ool was probably mistaken: the dismissal of 115 people at the end of May 2022 was recognised as lawful by a court in another republic - Kabardino-Balkaria. On 2 May 2024, she was detained on charges of land extortion. Dongur-ool was taken into custody. On 17 March 2025, she was sentenced to three years in prison.
