In early March, the administrative case was dismissed due to the initiation of a criminal case about hooliganism. Two weeks later, Ponkina's flat was searched. Her laptop and flash drives were seized. A search was also conducted in the local headquarters of the RSM. In addition, Ponkina and other activists of the movement were questioned as part of an investigation into the possible organisation of an extremist community (Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code).
