Founder of the Anderson café chain, from the summer of 2020 to May 2022 she was the ombudsman for the protection of small and medium-sized businesses. In this position, she repeatedly criticised the actions of the authorities in relation to business. Tatulova explained her departure from the ombudsman position by the fact that she faced pressure due to her work and diverged from the state in her views. In November 2022, Tatulova reported large-scale inspections at Anderson and called the authorities' actions "a large-scale operation to finally expel [her] from the country." In July 2025, the Russian Interior Ministry put her on the wanted list. The details of the case are unknown.
On 5 April 2024, the Ministry of Justice added Tatulova to the list of "foreign agents". After that, she was fined three times under administrative protocols on violation of "foreign agent" legislation.
