Anatolii Minaka

A resident of Melitopol (Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine), a security guard at a medical facility. A case of high treason was launched against him: according to the investigation, he passed personal data of patients and employees of his guarded health facility to his son, who was on the territory controlled by Ukraine, and the latter, in turn, passed them to the AFU. In January 2026, Minaka was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime colony.
