Andrei Adarin

He was a public figure in Altai. He moved to Domodedovo (Moscow Region) and started working as a taxi driver. In September 2022, it became known that a case of "fakes" about the army was brought against him. The investigation asked to place him in custody, but the court ordered a ban on certain actions. In September, Adarin was detained in Moscow. A report was drawn up on him under the article on the use of narcotic substances (Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences). The police referred the case to a justice of the peace, but one of the witnesses mentioned in the protocol refused to testify against the detainee. After that, the judge dismissed the case. But Adarin was placed in a temporary detention centre until a new trial on the measure of restraint. The next day the court sent him to custody, considering it an offence to buy a bus ticket from Moscow to Minsk via the Internet. On 27 December Adarin was again given a preventive measure in the form of prohibition of certain actions. In December, a case of public justification of terrorism was brought against Adarin. Later it became known that Adarin had left Russia. He was put on a wanted list and arrested in absentia.
