Possibly a serviceman. He was prosecuted for a call to action against the security of the Russian Federation and disobeying orders during an armed conflict. It can be assumed that he urged his fellow servicemen not to obey orders. In September 2025, the case came to the Southern District Military Court, but was transferred under jurisdiction.
