Biography
Resident of Dorogobuzh (Smolensk Oblast). On 11 February 2024, he was detained for an action involving the burning of a Bible, which was filmed on video. A report was drawn up against Kushnerev for disobedience to a lawful order by a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) — according to the report, he refused to provide his personal information, resisted being taken to the police station, struggled, and attempted to flee. On 13 February, the court sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest. Later, a criminal case was opened against Kushnerev for attempted offence of

According to him, a forensic psychological and psychiatric examination conducted at the request of the investigator "preliminarily diagnosed him with a psychiatric disorder". On 24 April 2025, Kushnerev was sentenced to 100 hours of compulsory labour.
