Biography
Resident of the town of Berezniki (Perm Region). In May 2023, a case was brought against him for discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Mitrofanov was put on a federal wanted list. On 25 July he was detained and placed under house arrest on 27 July. On 16 August Mitrofanov was taken into custody. On 1 March 2024, Mitrofanov was sentenced to a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
In September 2025, a native of the Perm region with the same name, patronymic and surname was added to the list of extremists and terrorists of Rosfinmonitoring. Later it became known
