Andrei Pavlov

A criminal case for discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces was initiated in December 2022. After the case went to court, Pavlov left. He was placed on a wanted list and arrested in absentia. On 5 July Pavlov was detained in Astana but was released the following day.
