Andrei Sevostianov

A resident of Vladivostok. A hooliganism case was brought against him for firing a flare gun at a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on 23 January 2021. Sevostianov was given a recognisance not to leave. On 13 July 2021, he was sentenced to two and a half years' suspended sentence.
