Resident of St. Petersburg, storekeeper. On April 2, 2025, he was detained on charges of public justification of terrorism. The reason was a publication in support of Mikhail Zhlobitsky, who had committed a self-detonation in the Federal Security Service building in Arkhangelsk. Shkolin claimed in court that at the time of publication he did not know who Zhlobitsky was. He also said that on the day of his arrest he was hit on the head with a blunt object.
