Andrei Shpringer

A resident of Amursk (Khabarovsk Krai). In February 2024, he was detained. A case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him: according to the investigation, he endorsed the activities of "Ukrainian terrorist organisations". On 13 September 2024, Shpringer was sentenced to three years in a general regime penal colony.
