Biography
He detained on 16 February 2010. Accused of organising the activities of the extremist organisation "Nurdzhular". On 24 February 2012, the case was dismissed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
On 24 January 2014, he was detained on suspicion of organising the activities of a non-existent banned religious association "Nurdzhular"; a search was conducted, banned literature was seized; on 18 December 2015, he was sentenced to a fine of 150 thousand rubles; on 26 January 2016, the court of appeal, leaving the verdict unchanged, released Dedkov from execution of the sentence due to the expiration of the statute

On 13 March 2016, he was detained in Krasnoyarsk and later arrested on charges of organising activities of an extremist organisation for studying the works of Turkish theologian Said Nursi. In March 2017, he was transferred on his own recognizance. In June 2018, he was fined 250 thousand rubles.
