Andrey Etkeev

Resident of Urzhum (Kirov region). Initially, it was reported that a case of spreading "fakes" by a group of persons was initiated, but later it became known that it was a case of spreading "fakes" with the motive of political hatred (item "e" part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). Etkeev was placed under house arrest. On 27 November 2023, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
