Andrey Khoroshko

A resident of the Moscow region. On April 4, 2025, a search was conducted at his home based on operational information suggesting that he was a supporter of far-right ideologies. On Khoroshko’s phone, investigators found three messages — correspondence with an account that, according to the investigation, belonged to Vyacheslav Maltsev, the leader of the "Artpodgotovka" movement. Khoroshko was taken into custody on charges of preparing to participate in a terrorist organization. The court's website, which reviewed the appeal against the pre-trial detention decision, stated the charge as preparation for organizing the activities of a terrorist organization.
