Andrey Kizevalter

A resident of Mozhaisk. A case was initiated under the article of vandalism because of Kizevalter spilling a dye on a poster supporting the war. On the 11th of April, the court selected a precautionary measure in the form of a prohibition of certain actions. Later, the measure of restraint was changed to a declaration of non-refoulement. On 24 April 2023, the court sent Kizevalter to a forced treatment in a psychiatric hospital.
