Andrey Kuznetsov

Resident of the village of Karpogory (Arkhangelsk region), senior citizen. A case was opened against him for vandalism and damage to monuments related to the Great Patriotic War. According to the investigation, he made anti-war inscriptions on buildings and a memorial plaque of a war participant. Kuznetsov admitted guilt; the case was considered in a special procedure. On June 22, 2022, the court sentenced him to 360 hours of community service.
