Pesotsky was subjected to administrative detention on 31 October 2010 during a rally in Gostiny Dvor in St. Petersburg as part of the "Strategy-31" campaign for freedom of assembly; on 1 November in the evening, Judge Kuznetsov sentenced the member of the executive committee of the Other Russia in St. Petersburg to 14 days of administrative arrest; On 3 November, the Kuibyshev District Court sent the ruling on Pesotsky's administrative arrest for review - Pesotsky is released from the court building; on his way out he is detained by officers of the Centre "E" and taken to the city Investigative
