Andrey Sidelnikov

A former assistant to a State Duma deputy and a former member of the Liberal Russia party. In 2007, he emigrated to the UK, where he was granted political asylum. In October 2023, Sidelnikov was included in the register of "foreign agents". Head of the Russian youth opposition movement "Pora" and the international movement "Govorite Gromche!". On 31 May 2024, Sidelnikov was arrested in absentia in the case of calls to terrorism. He was put on a wanted list. In November 2024, he was sentenced in absentia to six years' imprisonment.
